How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better — most clients reach out 2 to 4 months ahead so we have time to design, source and refine without a rush. That said, I love a happy last-minute challenge, so always ask.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. Tell me your guest count, vision and budget and we'll tailor the details until it feels exactly right.
Can I order a hand-painted banner on its own?
Yes — banners are painted to order whether or not you book a package. Send me your wording, your colours and the feeling you're after, and I'll confirm a quote before I start painting.
Do you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Simcoe & Muskoka and happily travel throughout the region. For celebrations further afield, just reach out and we'll sort the details.
Can you source décor?
Of course. From the Signature package up I'll source florals, rentals and those finishing touches — and every package includes a sourcing list so you know exactly where everything came from.
Do you set everything up?
On-the-day styling is included in the Luxe Design and Celebration Concierge packages, where I set and style everything so it looks picture-perfect before your first guest arrives.
Do you work with my existing décor?
Always. If you already have pieces you love, I'll design around them so everything feels cohesive and unmistakably yours.
